Every neighborhood school is different. Currently, these schools do not have school board representation from parents like us with direct, day-to-day knowledge of our child's specific school experiences, school issues, and specific building challenges.
How can we broaden the number of schools represented on the CPS board?

· Attend the Special Session of the School Board Meeting, Thursday, June 11 at 6pm

Every school building will become a neighborhood community center for after-school social gathering of grades 5-12, free or inexpensive activities organized by youth organization partners, and for public computer lab access so our children are positively engaged rather than bored and vulnerable to at-risk-behaviors |
